RSG is a ministry planning and tracking web application. It helps users plan ministry time, record daily ministry activity, track personal goals and statistics, organize interested persons and return visits, keep ministry notes, and synchronize ministry plans and logged activity with Google Calendar.

RSG gives users one place to organize personal ministry planning and activity instead of keeping that information across separate notes, calendars, spreadsheets, and lists.

Plan Ministry

Plan upcoming ministry time, forms of ministry, ministry partners, notes, and return visits.

Log Activity

Record completed ministry activity and maintain a personal daily ministry log.

Track Goals

Track ministry time, progress toward personal goals, and useful statistics based on the user's own ministry activity.

Return Visits

Organize interested persons, return visits, addresses, notes, follow-up plans, and related ministry information.

Calendar Sync

Create and synchronize RSG ministry planning and logged ministry events with the user's Google Calendar.

Personal Data

Keep each user's RSG ministry information associated with that user's own Google account and RSG data.

Why RSG requests Google access

RSG uses Google services only to provide the features described on this website and in the RSG Privacy Policy.

Google Sheets

RSG uses Google Sheets to create, store, read, and update the ministry planning and tracking data associated with the user's RSG account.

Google Calendar

RSG uses Google Calendar to create, read, update, and synchronize RSG ministry planning and logged-ministry events.

Google Account email address

RSG uses the signed-in user's Google Account email address to identify the user and keep that user's RSG data separate from the data of other RSG users.

Email

RSG may send email when a user intentionally uses a feature that requires email, such as submitting feedback or contacting RSG support.

External services

RSG connects to external Google services when required for an RSG feature, including Google Places for address suggestions used when entering interested-person or return-visit information.
